The Nashville Junction

The Nashville Junction is a public/private partnership to redevelop the site of the former Nashville Building Supply at 723 South Barnes St. 


The lumberyard and building supply company will become a commercial and residential destination for Nashville and the surrounding area with 20,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and business space. Separate facilities will house a farmers’ market and a performing arts pavilion. Seventy-two luxury residential apartment units will complete the $2.5 million renovation project.
